They are located together on the third floor, ideal for accommodating up to 12 people.



The building's common areas include a spectacular rooftop pool with a glass bridge and partial ocean views, a fully equipped gym, a children's area, a coworking space, a central courtyard with a firepit, and bicycle and scooter rentals. Please note that these areas close at 10 pm to maintain the tranquility of the property.



The nearest public beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Mayan ruins are a 10-minute bike ride away. Tulum is an eco-friendly destination, so temporary water or power outages may occasionally occur, as its infrastructure depends on natural resources. We appreciate your understanding, and our concierge will always be available to assist you in any situation during your stay.



Guest Access:

All guests must report to the reception of the apartments for entry and show their identification.



During your stay, you'll have full access to both private apartments and all common areas of the building, including the rooftop pool, gym, children's area, workspace, central courtyard with a firepit, and bicycle and scooter rentals. Please note that common areas close at 10 p.m. to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Self check-in is available for your convenience.

The accommodation is located across from Jaguar Park and steps from the Tulum ruins. It's just a 15-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by the area's best restaurants, bars, and beach clubs.
