„We couldn't contact the front desk from our room. Safety issues. “

„The description did not match what was provided. It says it has 2 bathroom but they where only half bathrooms. One had a toilet. The other one just had a sink and a hot tub. Access was also very difficult. Steps were uneven and unstable. Rented for 2 nights but only stayed one night Do not recommend“

„The house was very clean. A short walk to a couple of bus stops and maybe 10 minutes from Nagano station. The house is very well appointed, expansive views of the city. There’s a veranda on the first floor. There are a couple of blue tooth speakers that can be linked up with. Great instructions from the host, with nice touches such as coffee and creamer.“
