The Dairy - sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

The Dairy has been designed and built with the accessibility requirements of wheelchair users and less able guests in mind. It is a completely level bungalow with 2 bedrooms, The Dairy can accommodate up to 4 guests and is dog friendly.

Set in a rural countryside location and overlooking tranquil summer grazing for our pet horses. It is less than 3 miles from the stunning wheelchair accessible and dog friendly beach of Perranporth, with easy access onto the A30, we are a perfectly situated base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.

A large rustic oak porch welcomes you into The Dairy.

As you are welcomed through the extra wide entrance door you enter into the large open plan living, kitchen and dining room, which facilitates inclusive and social living.

It is furnished with high quality furniture and high ceilings. Solid oak beams create a light and airy country cottage feel.

A dog friendly, enclosed lawned garden and patio area with wheelchair access through wide patio doors means you can make the most of good weather and eat alfresco in the garden.

The Kitchen contains a height adjustable sink and height adjustable ceramic electric hob Slimline dishwasher and washer/drier Low level storage cupboards and drawers as well as a side opening oven, low height microwave, meaning that cooking is made easy

Bedroom 1: benefits from a Bakare profiling bed - this bed can be set as separate twin beds or linked together to create a super-king sized (partner) bed.
Both sides of the bed profile independently, and side rails are available if required (if the beds are split as single twin beds, rails can only be provided for 1 of the beds).

Bedroom 2: contains a super-king bed that can also be split into 2 single (twin) beds. These beds do not profile, but there is a gap underneath to accommodate a mobile hoist if required. The spacious wet room has underfloor heating, and can easily accommodate any of our accessibility equipment, including the mobile hoist, sara stedy and shower chairs. Comfort height toilet, high-quality chrome grab handles and teak shower seat complete the functionality of the room, without detracting from the style - toilet seat risers are also available on request.

Off road, level access parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Designer central heating radiators and underfloor heating in the wet room, makes sure that the cottage is kept toasty in the colder months

Please note that apart from the profiling bed, wooden shower stool, and rise and recline chairs all other equipment will only be put in the cottage if booked in advance. Therefore the equipment will not be in the way, if you do not require it.
