Just a short walk to historic Frome shops, alleyways, restaurants, pubs and grocery stores. The street was so quiet and the back garden with gate leading to the communal parking area was ideal for the kids.“

„Die Cottages liegen in einem wunderschönen kleinen Dorf, Sie sind toll und sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet und es wurde viel Wert auf jedes Detail gelegt. Das Frühstück war klasse! Die Inhaberin war sehr bemüht, uns alles zu zeigen und unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen - insbesondere, dass extra ein Baby-Bett organisiert wurde auf unsere vorsichtige Anfrage im Vorhinein hin: richtig gut! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden es jederzeit empfehlen.“

„We wanted a quiet, rural retreat in a character cottage and this place totally delivered. It may not be for everyone, but we knew what we were getting when we came. The house was built in 1710. „A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay“

„We were a group of 4 looking for a short weekend break following 5 days meandering down the Kennett and Avon canal and the garden apartment was perfect. "Leider ist dieses Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fahrstühle langsam, Armaturen, Teppiche etc abgenutzt. Es ist außerdem an einer sehr lauten Straße. Obwohl es sich auch um ein Konferenz- und Business Hotel handeln soll, gab es keine Möglichkeit, sich für 30 Minuten für ein ruhiges Telefonat zurückzuziehen. Die Bitte, 30 Minuten ein leer stehendes Konferenzzimmer für eine VC verwenden zu dürfen, wurde von der GM verweigert. Dafür sollte ich zusätzlich £25 bezahlen (wohlgemerkt ohne Conference Service o.ä.)."
