„The retro room was so beautiful, especially as we had an ocean view and could have the windows open to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. We were also treated to the acoustic music rambling up the stairwell into our room from the restaurant below. All in all a romantic stay with wonderful staff, food and a very comfortable bed“

„The Bungalos are right at the beach. The photos do not lie about the rooms and nearly everything is spotless clean. Only the "private pool" is disgusting (hair, dead animals,... swimming in it, cold, no pump - not usable) while even the deck was super clean. The bed was very comfortable, the bar kitchen helpful and the bathroom had direct access to the deck. There were two free cocktail/mocktail coupons for the Elandra. I thought it was just a walk along the beach but you also have to walk ...

„The owner was very kind and the place is good. Bit dusty but no problem for us. If the climate get higher to use air conditioners, the owner need to clean these. We never use these because looks very dusty. However, the owner prepared everything we needed. Especially he picked us up at airport by very reasonable price. If you don’t use rental cars you can take bus. The bus stop is very close to the place. The price is only 50cents! “

„Our stay here was pleasant . Good pressure from the shower , the aircon was perfect as the temperatures often reached mid/high 20s outside . The owners were lovely people and very accommodating to our requests etc . Within 5 minutes walk to eateries and convenience stores . If you are wanting a ground floor unit then please directly call the Hotel in person as this is the best way to make sure your requests will be heard . Laundry is $3 au for a wash and $3 for a dry . „Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen, tolle Umgebung, schöner Ausblick. Andrew hat uns sehr gute Reisetipps gegeben für Daintree National Park, einen tollen Ausflug zum Reef organisiert und auch gute Tipps für unsere Weiterfahrt Richtung Süden. Definitiv eine tolle und vor allem herzliche Location. Unbedingt empfehlenswert“

„Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, nur drei Bungalows in einem tropischen Garten, ein Juwel für alle die Ferienhaus-Urlaub suchen. Obendrein engagieren sich die Beiden noch ehrenamtlich für die Rettung verletzter oder verwaister Wildtiere (während unseres Aufenthaltes waren kleine Kängurus und eine Meeresschildkröte „zu Gast“). Ein kontinentales Frühstück mit frischem Obst stand im Kühlschrank bereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, klare Empfehlung!“

„We came back to this property as we found it such a lovely place to stay. The owner is very welcoming, the property is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also quite centrally located; Cairns is about 20 minutes, the Atherton tablelands about an hour and the daintree about an hour and a half away- all easy day trips.
