The location of this property is excellent - the views are great and a walk from the house to Grime's Cove couldn't be more beautiful. „We have stayed lots of places in midcoast Maine and this was our favorite! It is such a peaceful part of the lake - the stars at night were unbelievable, as was the chorus of loons! We really loving taking the kayaks out. The house is super cute and with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and some amenities you don't always find in similar places - we particularly appreciated the well water and washer dryer! „What a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely amazing. Kitchen well equipped. We bought live lobsters just $10 a lb from Hannafords (try also the French baguette) just 12 min drive and cooked them, clams and corn all in the steamer provided. Lounge seating very comfortable. Cooks corner area has everything incl Walmart superstore. David was a wonderful host. Could not speak too highly of him. He came out late at night when I could not work something out.“
