Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year.“

„2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, tricky to find at firsr, but host is very responsive and gave clear directions. Location is close to springs and downtown--everthing you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. Only drawback was lack of grass in the yard, which can hopefully be fixed!“

„Great little place and worked perfectly for us and another couple as we were visiting our kids at UF. Even had the girls come and stay with us for a night in the third bedroom, had a movie night and ordered in. Great location, close to campus, shopping, etc. Very clean and convenient. My only suggestion is a couple more pans to cook, if you are looking to cook, we only found one saute pan and one sauce pan. Host was responsive, neighborhood was quiet and safe.“

„The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. For the WiFi, the key is a zero place that is easy to locate, taking into account that the people who are staying are passing through, as well as placing legible instructions on ...

„We had a wonderful stay at this adorable river house. It was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch or deck and watching the boats on the river. Karen, the host, checked on us and replied quickly when we had a question. I have referred friends and family and we hope to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this place.“

„This is a lovely property near Fanning Springs. The owners were responsive & phoned to make sure everything was in order. The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area. „Very clean and comfortable accommodations exactly as pictured. The cannel was the only place we fished because it rained hard every day of our stay. And we did try out the fishing cleaning station after my wife caught a couple nice catfish. We ate at Salt Creek restaurant, and we were very pleased. Salt Creek is absolutely worth a visit.“
