Côte de granit rose - studio avec terrasse

Located in a quiet area in the heart of a valley and 2 minutes from the sea, this studio is ideal for discovering the pink granit coast or hiking the GR34. It is close to shops, hypermarket, restaurants.

The studio has:

- A living room with lounge and TV, a mezzanine bed, a dressing room
- A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower
- An open and fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven, refrigerator and Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- A terrace to enjoy the sunny days
- Free parking in the interior courtyard with a charging station for electric cars (charge invoiced at the end of the stay)
- We also provide you with sheets and towels

Arrival independently:
To facilitate your arrival, entry will be done independently with a key box.
Entry will be from 5 p.m. and exit no later than 10 a.m. Please note that these hours can be flexible on request only.

IMPORTANT: a link will be sent to you with a rental contract to read and sign + a security deposit of 200€ (no amount is debited, if the accommodation is returned in good condition the security deposit is automatically release 3 days after check out).
