Welcome to Slip Away, located in the private enclave of Treasure Cay on Grand Abaco in the Bahamas. This recently renovated Bahamian style house, has a sprawling 4,000 SF of indoor living and 4,000 SF of covered outdoor living space to enjoy the pool and hot tub. This waterfront home has over 160’ of deep water frontage with two docking areas.

About the space:

This bright and airy family-friendly property features four-bedrooms and four ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located in the east wing of the house, with the fourth bedroom located on the west wing of the house, allowing privacy for all. The private master suite features a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and two vanities; a spacious master bedroom with coffered ceilings and multiple windows with black-out drapes; and a separate room with a bed that can accommodate two extra people, for a total of 12 people in all. All bedrooms feature televisions with cable.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large wrap-around peninsula that can seat up to eight people with oven , microwave, dishwa

The living room features a huge double-sided fireplace, a large couch that can easily accommodate eight or more people and a large 82” television.

The house sits on a double lot, with an oversized pool that overlooks the Brigantine Bay canal and the home’s private boat dock, while the spa sits under an oversized pavilion that protects it from inclement weather. The large covered porch spans the length of the house, with six sets of doors that lead directly out to the pool. There is also a large gas grill on the patio located just outside the dining room/kitchen.

Besides the waterfront view, the house is a short cart ride to the beach, ocean, And evening dining.

This property includes a generator that automatically kicks in if the power fails. There are also multiple security cameras covering the pool area and backyard. A washer and dryer are located in the garage.
