„We stayed one week. Property is nicely located in a residential neighborhood. It is very easy to go to all of the shops and then take tours with this home being your home base. Check in is a breeze. Be aware that VRBO isn't that good about contacting owners if you send them a message so try and contact the owners yourself if you have any questions. The home itself was very clean and well kept. „We had a lovely long weekend at this bright, airy 3-bedroom house right on the Rogue River — exactly the peaceful getaway we were hoping for. The living areas are filled with natural light, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. „Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again.“

„We loved staying at this house while in Medford! Great quiet neighborhood location, clean and comfortable space, and well stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking tools. We loved being able to use a bbq grill and the option of a fire pit. The hot tub was such a sweet perk! Would definitely want to stay here again when in the area!“
