Schöne brandneue komplett eigenständig Studio-Apartment zur Verfügung. Idealer Diese Immobilie befindet sich 3 km zum CBD, 6 km zu schönen Strands Townsville liegt es 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Flughafen werden Sie nicht mit dem Platz enttäuscht sein. Das Studio ist voll klimatisiert schöne Küche und Bad und eine eigene Wäscherei. Der Raum hat auch eine große Terrasse für Unterhaltung.

Es gibt eine 3-Zimmer-Haus im Obergeschoss, die von den Studio-Bereiche vollständig in sich geschlossene vollständig getrennt ist, die separat vermietet wird. Beide Bereiche sind vollständig getrennt gehalten, so gibt es absolute Privatsphäre für jeden Bereich.

Es gibt einzelne lock up Parkplatz abseits der Straße zur Verfügung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche geliefert nur bringen Sie Ihre Koffer und Sie sind gut zu gehen.

The proximity to the airport is excellent. It is more of a bedsit than unit but well set out. (Bed is in the same room as kitchen, dining table, couch and washing machine.) Very clean and tidy premise. Ideal accommodation for a single person or a couple.

Not as advertised

On arrival into the property it had not been cleaned from the previous tenant we had to ph the owner to get a cleaner around, you arnt able to check in untill 3pm which is late so to arrive to a dirty unit ruined our whole experience. The ad states their strictly no smoking but the property defiantly has had smoking in it. The towels were not white they were some random printed ones which were old and didn’t seem clean. The ad also stated their a tenant upstairs which you won’t hear that was incorrect they stomp loudly and you can hear everything and it’s right above your head when trying to sleep.During our stay I got a text message asking if I could put the wheelie bin out for collection day the bin was so dirty and disgusting there no way I was touching that. Everything in the kitchen does not get cleaned by the cleaner you have to rely on the previous tenants having cleaned them the whole thing was unsanitary and we left the next morning and did not return for our 2nd nights stay. What a shame! I would not recommend to stay here again

Thanks to Steve and his team. The check-in process was smooth. The apartment was in excellent condition. Also, the communication was easy. The closeness to the airport ensures that your trip is well-routed to suit your timing without the last-minute rush to the airport. The big-size refrigerator and complete kitchen set also allow you to prepare your favorite dish with all kitchen items present if you favor homemade food. Overall, my stay was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this unit for any Traveller to Townsville and environs.

Alright for the price

Clean studio accommodation on a quiet street. Wifi is very fast. Kitchen isn't fully equipt, no pots & pans to cook with. No secure parking as advertised. Everything else was great. All in all not a bad accommodation for the price.

There were a couple of issues to start with. Steve quickly sorted most of these. Thanks for the clothes line and smoke detector and relocating the microwave down to a safer height and quickly attending to the water leaking from the upstairs bathroom into ours . Nice apartment ideal for a short stay. Not for a long stay. We stayed 7 weeks. Very noisy as close to airport as it was the main road to terminal and the traffic was noisy. We were there during operation Talisman Sabre so constantly bombarded with the noise of the airforce jets etc. Reasonable price for Townsville.

Had to clean frige before putting anything in microwave had to clean before use floor had something spilt also sofa had hair all over it and spills of something on armrest and down the side basin in bathroom wasn't clean blinds are all dusty washing machine has problems had to virtually clean everything before us who ver cleans up should be sacked I own as small cleaning business employing 5 people and if they left a job like I wouuld sack them Its a nice place except for what I found when I arrived It needs a good cleaning maureen stephenson 23rd october 2018

Filthy, very poor housekeeping

The place is fashionable and stylish. But the place has not been cleaned. We arrived to find a dirty mop in the laundry sink with dirty water standing in it. The frig and freezer had not been cleaned out from the previous people. The ceiling fans were full of dirty build up, the window blinds were heavy with dust, bent and broken. Some of the dishes, pots and glassware had food caked on them. The bed pillows smelled like they had never been washed!
