Checking in was seamless and everything was very neat and clean when we arrived. The communication was outstanding. „Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The location and price point were unbeatable for the Gatlinburg area. We wanted something far enough away from the crowds so as not to be overwhelming, and this rental definitely met that desire. It is a bit of a drive from most locations, so if you are wanting something within walking distance of downtown, this wouldn't be right for you. The condo has a little age, but nothing that created any problems or disappointment for our family. “
