„We loved this house! It was super clean and comfortable! Well stocked kitchen with any & every appliance you could need. Plenty of blankets, linens & towels. It was steps from the river which was very peaceful! The neighbors were super quiet. The outdoors had multiple cozy seating areas. It was a perfect distance from town if necessities were needed. We hope to be back very soon!“

„Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area.“

„What a lovely place to spend a quiet few days! Excellent, easy location beautifully located on a quiet river with a freight train nearby (which is a bonus for us! Love the sounds of a train). The wrap around porch is amazing and the property is nice and big. Would be an excellent place to bring a larger group in warmer weather to take advantage of all the water crafts and outdoor space available. Dog friendly and with no caveats (must be crate trained or max dog weight 30lbs etc) is a HUGE ...

„If you want a secluded place, then this place is for you. Not too far from things to do however far enough off the beaten path that you are secluded. The place is exactly how described. The bathroom is on the little side however that is the only thing you can even complain about. The host is amazing and will answer you right away with any questions you have.“

„Great location, walkable to restaurants, arena etc. very convenient for a quick visit to see our Bearcat. We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!“
