The front desk person was rude. We booked accommodations through two websites. The Expedia one was fine. For the other one, they demanded additional $185 even though the fee was already collected when making the reservation. She was very unhappy and almost yelled at us for not booking from their own website. (Why do you even have it listed elsewhere if you don’t want people to book through those places?) I ended up paying the fee, but they didn’t even give me a credit card receipt. I would not expect one of our first encounters with Bermudians was such unpleasant.

Firstly. we apologize for the for experience at the front desk. you booked two separate reservation one night with Expedia that was fine. three nights on Agoda that requires the mandatory housekeeping fee and resort fee to be paid at the time of check in. your receipts will be given to you at the time of check out. we accommodate you by keeping you in a unit that you can stay in for your full vacation. when guest book two separate reservation normally you would have to check out and check back in to another cottage. regarding your booking with Agoda please speak with them regarding your payment.

The property was beautiful, and the cottages were clean and spacious. There's a convenience store and a chinese restaurant right down the block that my group utilized quite a bit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A word of caution: allow yourself extra time (30-60 minutes) to get a taxi to the airport when you're leaving, especially if you have a morning flight, as that's a very busy time and you may be waiting longer than expected.

I’ll recommend St George’s Club to people of all ages, it’s clean, fully equipped and quiet. Restaurants, grocery stores and retail stores are all in walking distance. The railway trails are nearby too, if you enjoy being in nature. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

I had a time share at the St. Georges Club for 30 years. Towards the end it was kind of seedy. But now?? Beautiful! My cottage was beautifully furnished and the kitchen had every thing you could ask for. The grounds are once again beautiful. From the minute you step up to the front desk and get that special welcome from DeeDee, you know you've found your Bermuda home.

Perfect for a weekend visit in St. George. Cottage was nicely updated. We were visiting our daughter who’s working at BIOS. Easy walk to St. George shopping/restaurants. Bus stop at the end of driveway for easy transportation. Quick taxi ride to/from airport.

The cottage was perfect for my family The kitchen is so convenient and stocked with whatever you need, traveling with a toddler is hard enough so having this type of accommodations was great. Pool was nice. Hotel is walkable to town although the streets are hilly so be prepared. Cabs are super amazing and we sued them often. Front desk was so kind and helpful. They really were helpful. Definitely will be. Back!

Before you book, read and choose different place..
Location, location, location. This resort is far away from anything that Bermuda has to offer. Prepare to spend a small fortune on taxis or long time on a scooter to get anywhere. St. George's town is a ghost town where literally nothing happens. Even taxis have problem to go there. The 50% of the staff that you interact (ie. frontdesk) are friendly then the other 50% is nasty. That would include manager of the resort who if you have a problem they will stall, mislead you in a way so you would loose precious time on this beautiful island. On top of all of that they promised to refund us for the 2 nights as we were checking out early due to sickness yet instead of that we saw 5% return. Again - very dishonest from the manager as they promised differently.

The property was lovely. Our cottage was great. Walking distance to downtown St George.having the pool available was a bonus. The gym was great. Good selection of weights and machines. No shortage of beach towels. Shuttle service to the beach and super market was fantastic. Deedee was kind and friendly. Having no dining options is a downfall but you are very close to the downtown that it’s really not an issue. Many restaurants there. We had an amazing time. It was our 6th time to Bermuda. First time at St George. Would definitely stay there again!👍👍

LOVE!!! LOVE!! LOVE!! We had an AMAZING time in Bermuda, staying at St. George Club was a big highlight! First, Dee and the entire staff are simply the BEST!!! The entire staff is personable and super helpful! We can't thank you all enough! It was our home away from home. Thank you!! Thank you!! We will be back! The cottage was clean, updated, and beautiful, with all the appliances and kitchen tools we needed. We had a full kitchen. We like to sleep in, so it was great to make tea/coffee and cook breakfast in the mornings. The supermarket is 5 minutes. It is very expensive. Bring with you as much as you can. We went to St. Regis Hotel twice, you can take the shuttle there. Ms. Dee 2 who drives the shuttle is wonderful. She will drive you to St, Regis and St, Catherine Beach. Thank you so much Dee 2! St.Georges is the quiet part of the island. Traveling to Hamilton (the city) was seamless. The bus is a short walk and for the most part, runs every 15 minutes. At times, it was more like every 30 minutes so give yourself plenty of time. We were late for our dinner reservations at 1609 but it all worked out. Make a reservation at 1609 in Hamilton, a beautiful restaurant, and the charred octopus is a MUST! The ferry from St. Georges wasn't running but the bus was good. Everyone on the island is super friendly. And it's very safe! We can't wait to go back!

St. George's Club was perfect for this couple with two younger children looking for a cottage-type stay, that allowed us to maximize our dollars for experiences while staying at a clean, safe, reasonably priced place (for Bermuda) near a city center. St. George is not Hamilton, but it had everything we needed and more. The Club's staff were amazing. The free shuttle was a great perk (takes you to a few of the local beaches - some of the very best on the island), and the pool at the Club was excellent. The Club is not the prettiest place. Its clear they have put money into the place and renovated. The views of the bay and the sunrises are amazing. If you want a cottage-like experience, and dont need the resort amenities, highly recommend.

Amazing Hotel in St George's
Amazing location in the heart of St George's. The hotel is newly renovated and staff were super accommodating. No "on premises" food options, which was a minor inconvenience, but the free shuttle to the market and beach more than makes up for it. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay at St George’s was serene and beautiful. Our only issue was that the restaurant was closed and we had to walk to the nearby restaurants. Although the restaurants were at a walkable distance it was a hustle walking during the heavy rains. Other than that the staff was very welcoming and helping. They were always available whenever we needed their help .

We stayed at St. George's Club Resort for 3 nights on our first trip to Bermuda. We were drawn to book this fine resort from the pictures posted on the internet. This place is actually more beautiful. When we checked in, we were greeted by smiling faces behind the friendly people behind the front desk. During our stay, anytime we needed a taxi to take us to various destinations, we would simply call the front desk and within minutes the taxi was waiting outside our cottage. The cottages are painted in pleasant pastel colors, which imitate the way most of the homes in Bermuda are painted. Our cottage was very clean when we arrived with plenty of towels provided for showering and going the beach. We plan on returning to Bermuda every year and will stay at St. George's when we come back.

The room was nice and we could cook as no restaurants were open Christmas Day in St. George. It would have been good if the staff had warned us of this. The staff were unable to provide much guidance about places too see or how to get there. They did have a great taxi driver, Joey, on speed-dial.
