„The place was SPOTLESS! It's very cute and was perfect for a little mommy-daughter night. Nice view and a quiet area for a walk. I mentioned to our hosts that my daughter loves croissants and they went out of their way to get her some from their favorite bakery. They also shared a list of nearby hikes and restaurants so I didnt have to spend a bunch of time googling around. The hosts made our little evening away so easy and lovely! Thank you!“

„Paddock House is an amazing rental property in the heart of Ithaca. Perfect neighborhood accessible to most of the key attractions. Ithaca falls is a few minutes walk and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.Though the house is old but it was maintained in a great condition, all rooms were clean and appreciate the owners for taking good care. We would consider this property if we have to come back to Ithaca.“

„We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!“

„The littlest one thought the water around the dock was heaven. The older kids enjoyed tubing in the middle of the lake. A great place to enjoy the water.“

„This is a beautiful property and we had a tremendous stay. We were in Cortland for a baseball tournament and five families shared the house. Plenty of space and the grounds were great for relaxing during downtime. The property is clean and well kept and George was very responsive to all of our questions. If we come back to Cortland, we will certainly stay there again!!“

„Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. “

„The Mountain Queen cabin was perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. We loved just sitting on the porch listening to the birds and it was also conveniently located for visiting several of the beautiful state parks in the area.“
