„I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. „The room was not cleaned at all, two garbage bags were smelly and piled in the kitchen, toilet paper stained yellow left in the toilet, dirty towels all over the bathroom, crumbs on the coffee table, clothing tags left on the upstairs floor, ski lift ticket with the previous guests name on the left of bathroom vanity, the list goes on. Need less to say the place was not cleaned at all after the previous guest, I was left questioning wether the bedding was even changed.“
