„The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. „If you are looking for an island vacation property this is definitely it. Beautiful property, pictures don’t do it justice. Host and staff were all extremely kind, hospitable and responsive to all our needs and requests. „It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !! “

„The house was beautiful, with an amazing outdoor and breathtaking views. The 7th bedroom was outside the main house and had no a/c or bathroom so I wouldn’t consider it a usable space. „We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Waking up to a gorgeous sunrise & sunset with a great view of the ocean was a treat.The listing is as advertised, Jackie was our concierge, and she’s amazing! She made our check in seem less. She took great care of us, gave us local suggestions and restaurants to check out.Location was safe and central. Dunns River attraction is about twenty minutes away and horseback riding at Chukka was right next door.Overall a relaxing vacation.“

„We had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect for our family of five—comfortable and well laid out. It was a little warm downstairs at times, but the bedrooms stayed nice and cool with the AC. „The location is stunning! Having breakfast on the patio with that gorgeous view of the sea... just fantastic and so relaxing. My kids enjoyed the garden too, always finding something interesting to play. Our caretaker Paulette made the most delicious meals and she took care of all our needs. The kids loved Paulette too! I can recommend a stay at villa 2. Just the bedrooms could be improved by installing mosquito meshes at the windows or at least having a net for the beds.“

„This property and staff exceeded every expectation for my 40th birthday celebration. Wayne, David, Ken, Horace, Pollyanna, Ziggy and the rest of the Golden Clouds team were so welcoming, hospitable and attentive. Every meal was delicious, and we appreciate their attention to detail regarding certain dietary restrictions within our group. The guest rooms were lovely, and the pool and view were second-to-none. „The property is as shown in the pictures. The property is beautiful. The owner was available at anytime. My family loved the pool and the river. The outside kitchen was a winner. Had a few friends over with permission of the owner and we cooked everything outside. There are so many pros to this property. It is close to everything. I advise a car but a lot of things are in walking distance. We will be back!! Mr.Homer thanks for everything. “

„It was a wonderful vacation; the villa was lovely, the patio and view idyllic. Carlene was a terrific hostess; the meals she prepared were delicious and she checked in with us daily about what specialties she could prepare and asking what items we liked.
