„This well appointed immaculate home provided all the comforts of home for our group of golfers from the USA. The beds were SO comfortable and the separate bathrooms for each bedroom were a real bonus. The property is tucked away in the beautiful, quiet West Ireland countryside and yet is only a five minute drive from the town center. They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!“

„A really nice little cottage where you can either relax or use it as a base to explore Galway county, spend time at the atlantic ocean, walk the surrounding mountains or visit nice cities or towns such as Galway or Clifden. „Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen großen Garten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vieles, wie z. B. Essig, Öl, Tee, Salz, Zucker ist vorhanden und muss nicht extra gekauft werden. Bei der Ankunft erwarteten uns außerdem zwei Flaschen Wasser und eine Flasche Wein.“

„Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus genossen; wirklich zu empfehlen. Es gibt einen ebenfalls schönen Garten, den wir allerdings aufgrund des sehr regnerischen Wetters nur einmal 1,5 Stunden nutzen konnten. Auch die Natur drumherum ist sehr schön. Leider liegt es aber für uns zu einsam - es ist nur ein sehr kleiner Ort, der sich über eine größere Fläche sehr verteilt. „The house was clean and had all the comforts of home, pleasant surprise having bread milk and butter there when we arrived. Plenty of walks to do around the area, walking loops, kayaking, surfing in Achill about 30mins away. Next large supermarket was in Castlebar, also about 30mins drive. Centra in Newport does have all the basics though, and Nevins is well worth a visit.“

Lejligheden var kold og uden radiator i spise-opholds-stuen (der var radiatorer i de andre rum). Vi savnede en ansat på stedet til at svare på spm. Fx da der ikke var varmt vand eller da vi ikke kunne få badet på 1. sal til at virke. Eller om de havde en mobil radiator til spiseområdet ;)“

„It is a really good house for a group of up to 10 people. It's three minutes from Westport by car and easily walkable too. The house overall was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The beds were really good quality and comfortable too. The only thing I would suggest is it would be great to have a few additional en suites but it worked well as it was for our group. We all agreed that we would happily rebook The Rocks were we to return to Westport again.“
