A courtyard provides parking, and bicycle racks are available. From the garden, a gate opens onto the shared park, which is shared with the owners who live on the property. Completely enclosed and meticulously maintained, this expansive 1.5-hectare space invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment: a path winds its way around the grounds, gracing the oaks, cork oaks, and clearings. The 6 x 12 m swimming pool is available for guests, complete with an outdoor shower and relaxation area. To add variety to your stay, the property also features a tennis court, a badminton net, and an archery target. Plenty to keep everyone entertained without having to get back in the car! This single-story cottage is particularly well-suited for family holidays as well as business trips. It offers Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning for comfortable living in any season.
