The Space:

Le Chérubin is a recently renovated studio apartment situated at 10 Rue Adolphe Talazac in the Cartoucherie neighbourhood of Toulouse. This up-and-coming district on the left bank combines new cultural venues, green spaces and easy access to the city centre.



The studio is arranged around a single bright room that serves as both living and sleeping area. A comfortable 140 by 190 centimetre double bed sits alongside a small dining table with two chairs, a wall-mounted television and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi suitable for remote work. The kitchenette is fitted with an electric hob, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee maker, along with cookware and utensils for preparing meals at home. The adjoining bathroom contains a walk-in shower, a basin and a toilet.



Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is pet-friendly, so well-behaved animals are welcome at no extra hassle. Check-in is self-service via a secure key box, giving you flexibility on arrival.

The lively Saint-Cyprien quarter, with its covered market and independent boutiques, is about fifteen minutes away. Place du Capitole and the historic centre can be reached in approximately twenty minutes by tram or a thirty-minute walk along the river.



Getting Around:

The Cartoucherie tramway stop on line T1 is approximately five minutes on foot from the apartment. From there, the tram reaches Palais de Justice in about ten minutes and Arènes métro station in a few stops, where you can connect to métro line A for the city centre. A bus stop is two minutes away on foot with routes towards Saint-Cyprien and the Garonne. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is accessible via the airport shuttle from Compans-Caffarelli or Arènes, roughly thirty minutes in total. If you arrive by car, street parking is available nearby.
