sehr schöne Juniorsuite, Hotel mit gutem Service, sehr nahe am Flughafen von Toulouse. mit dem Shuttle Service nur 5 Minuten Fahrzeit. Shuttle Service sehr gut organisiert. Frühstücksbuffet für französische Verhältnisse ausgesprochen gut.....Lage am Stadtrand von Toulouse, daher Leihauto unbedingt notwendig, wenn man mit Flugzeug anreist und länger bleibt. sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Alles in allem recht angenehm und vor allem sehr sauber; die Klimaanlage könnte störend sein (evtl. abschaltbar?); die Ausschilderung vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist sehr dürftig und verleitet zu Umwegen; im entscheidenden rond-point (Kreisel) fehlt dieses Hotel, währen alle anderen ausgeschildert sind!

Hotels are limited in Toulouse. This one is near the airport and requires a 5 minute walk to the rail system, a 20 minute ride to the metro and a 5 minute metro to reach city center, but it costs less that 4 euros round trip. The room was as described and met our needs. That's really what a hotel room is supposed to do.

Hotel is fine - but they dropped the shuttle
Overall the Hotel is quite nice. We all slept pretty well for a 1 night stay and it’s a decent place. My main gripe is that the day before I got an email saying the airport shuttle wasn’t running on the weekends (with no further explanation or apology). So I had to pay an extra 20 euros to get a cab with a grumpy driver. Given it is an Airport hotel it’s a bit poor to drop the shuttle service.

Shuttle alleen maar beschikbaar binnen kantooruren en niet in het weekend. Schandalig voor een hotel welke je juist kiest voor die service en locatie dichtbij het vliegveld. Ook niet verlmeld op de boekingsite. Taxi aanbod vervolgens €15 voor nog geen 1,5 km afstand, nog schandaliger. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

A fuir !
C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons et cette fois ci la dernière. Les deux séjours ont été catastrophiques. Nous étions dans une chambre Exécutive (219), enfin elle n’avait d’exécutive que le nom. La chambre était spacieuse mais nécessite vraiment un rafraîchissement. Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur des standards Holiday Inn. Cette chambre tout comme celle que nous avions eu le séjour d’avant nécessite d’être rénovée. Nous n’avons rien dormi car la ventilation faisait un bruit de malade toute la nuit. Nous n’avons rien dormi, même avec des boules Quies. Impossible de l’éteindre, même en appuyant sur le bouton Stop. Au Check out, nous l’avons signalé et apparemment nous n’étions pas les seuls à n’avoir rien dormi à cause de ça. La réception a eu plusieurs plaintes à ce sujet. Le faux plafond de la salle de bain était littéralement en train de tomber, il était décroché à un endroit. Le coffrage sous le lavabo n’était ni fait ni à faire, il tenait juste par suspension sur le tuyau du lavabo. Le mur a côté du lit était plein de taches jaunâtres ( café ? ) Il y avait un mégot usagé coincé dans la fenêtre lorsque nous l’avons ouverte. Le mini bar n’est pas coffré, et s’est mis à vrombir tôt le matin puis s’est arrêté, ce qui nous a également empêché de dormir. L’abattant du toilette était mal fixé et de travers. Le téléphone des toilettes est en bon état mais très vintage. Il n’y avait aucun livret d’accueil et il n’y avait qu’un jeu de serviettes pour 2 pers

Cher Alexandre, Suite à votre commentaire, nous vous présentons nos plus sincères excuses pour les désagréments dont vous faites part et la mauvaise expérience de séjour. La qualité de service et le bien être de nos clients sont pour nous les choses principales, nous regrettons vivement que ce ne fut pas le cas pour vous. Notre direction va prendre contact avec vous prochainement pour vous proposer un geste commercial, votre séjour ayant été prépayé à l'avance. La prochaine fois, n'hésitez pas à vous rapprocher immédiatement de la réception afin que l'on vous propose une solution durant le séjour. Nous aurions très bien pu vous changer de chambre par exemple. Encore une fois, toutes nos excuses pour ce mauvais séjour, nous espérons avoir l'occasion de pouvoir rattraper cette mauvaise expérience.
