„Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The toilet in our room overflowed, and when we informed the receptionist, instead of offering proper assistance, we were handed a plunger and expected to fix the problem ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. To make matters worse, the reception was unattended until 3 PM, leaving no one available to help with urgent issues. A lack of basic service and responsibility. Would not recommend staying here.“

„Sauber, schöner Poolbereich.“

„I had a very pleasant stay. My room was large, comfortable and very quiet. I also enjoyed the nice pool.“

„What an amazing place! Not what we expected to find in Torrey Utah! Nothing against Torrey--we absolutely loved our stay there--but it's not the first place where you'd look to find a first class luxury resort. But Cougar Ridge was just that. New, well designed, immaculate, first class all the way. The staff was just so good, so professional and helpful. Highly recommended!!!“
