This modern ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space for up to 4 guests.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has 1 single bed. Just outside your door is another bathroom, also with shower and underfloor heating. The bedrooms and living room also have air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is furnished with a dining table and sitting area with single sofa bed.

The apartment has a large south-facing garden equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dining.

Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included.
