„Nice clean place. Could use a few updates in the bathroom, kitchen areas but was everything we really needed for our visit. Nice view of the lake from the balcony and the beds were comfy. The pool was cold; I thought it was supposed to be heated, and I felt they could have cleared an area to enter the lake. There was a small spot that could have been a beach near the docks but wasn't cleaned up. We did, however, have a great time with the canoe. Only $10 to rent for an hour. “

„We had a very nice stay at the hotel and appreciated a lot the complementary sports equipment Overall super nice hotel at the lake “

„Absolutely. I’d make that the standout part of the review because it really shows the level of service: We had such a wonderful stay at Stay Inn Muskoka this past weekend! „Note that this is not a hotel but it’s managed by a hotel management. The unit we had was a townhouse, spacious and big. Recommend to change the bulbs in the unit as it’s quit dim and yellow. Amenities were good, we used the pickleball court (free of charge and can be booked through the hotel management. The infinity pool and sauna was nice too.“

„Signage out side was covered by the trees! Even though Google showed us where to turn we weren't 100% sure because the road sign was covered by trees. Then where is the front desk? We had to ask someone. A sign would had be nice Check in here. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Room was clean.“

„The room was disgusting. We are not picky, but mould cigarettes and an unstable floor to say the least are a whole other level! The person at the desk moved us to another room which wasn't as bad, but no other room than the horror show was available for our second night and they wouldn't refund even a portion of the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND“
