We have been staying in properties for over 20 years on off. This property lived up to all expectations more. The photos were true to the property. Easy walk to dog beach
The house had a great layout and was very clean. The patio and roof need a good tidy up and garden lovely and private but needs a lot of maintenance loved seeing yellow whistler birds eat the pineapple Lilly, plant some more, I’m sure during summer guests wouldn’t mind watering garden and filling bird bath. In light of what’s happening today security could be improved, crim safe doors etc apart from that we enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back.

Torquay stay
This was a quality property, very comfortable, clean and the central heating was appreciated in winter. The area was very quiet, and I could even hear the ocean when sitting outside at night.
As I was staying with my dog, I booked this property because of previous reviews from pet owners and I was not disappointed. The fully-fenced back garden was very secure for my dog, but it was great that she was also allowed inside. The house was a very short walk to the esplanade along the beachfront. It was great to start and end the day with long walks.
I had a few questions for the property manager at the start, and Emma replied promptly and was very helpful.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I wish I had booked for longer!

Little gem by the sea.
This little gem by the sea was an absolute delight. All family members thoroughly enjoyed their mini vacay in this beautiful little cottage which was only one street away from Torquays gorgeous coast line. We walked to the park and beach each morning, which was just lovely.
It had charm, comfort, plenty of space, cosy beds, modern appliances and was very clean. We fell in love with it all. Will definitely come back again.

Great accomodation
Very pleasant, quiet neighborhood, with easy walk to beaches. Double garage with internal access makes coming and going very easy in all weather. All appliances first rate. The kitchen benches are unusually high, difficult to use if you are under 6ft tall. Communication with Emma the property manager was excellent, she responded very promptly and positively to our enquiries as there was no folder left with any equipment instructions e.g. Wi-Fi , where garage remote was kept, local attractions etc. This
is by far the best pet friendly property we have stayed in in Australia and so we highly recommend Villa Avisa.
