Luxury 2 bed apartment a few minutes walk from beach, harbour and town!

Little Merida is a luxury apartment within a Victorian Villa. It is situated above Beacon Cove, a few minutes walk from Torquay harbour, town centre and near beaches.

The property is accessed via the main gates with a gravel drive and there is 24-hour security.

The apartment is accessed by an external staircase and finished to a luxurious modern standard with granite worktops and space to relax. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate those in a wheel chair.

If you enjoy walking, cycling, sailing or spending time at the beach we are in the perfect location for your holiday!

Little Merida has two bedrooms and sleeps five. There are additional fold away childrens beds on request. The apartment is accessed via stone steps past a brick built BBQ.

Kitchen Diner/Lounge

The kitchen is fitted with a granite worktop, fully integrated appliances, American Fridge Freezer, gas hob, fan oven, dishwasher and microwave and a full compliment of crockery and cutlery. The dining room table seats eight people.

There are two sofas in the lounge one of which is a sofa bed, a wall mounted television and coffee table to eat, drink and relax.

There is a selection of books and games in the apartment.

A combi boiler provides hot water and heating.

Bedroom One

In bedroom one there is a king-sized zip link bed which can be separated into two 2’6 singles with bedside tables and lights. There is a wardrobe with storage space and a television.

Bedroom Two

In bedroom two, there is a double bed with bedside tables and lights. There is a hanging space, chest of draws and a television.

Family Bathroom

Large walk in shower, w/c, full size seperate bath with shower, basin with vanity unit below and towel rails.

Utility Room

Utility room with laundry and drying facilities, an iron and ironing board.

Outdoor space

There is a secluded court yard with tables and chairs and brick built BBQ.

Outside on the raised lawn is a picnic table/bench for catching the sun as it goes down with a drink.

Towels, bed linen, tea towels are provided as well as initial complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid. Travel cot and high chair available on request.
