The bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor and benefits from a bath with over-head shower, enabling you to warm up as soon as you get in from that refreshing dip in the sea or long coastal hike.

The accommodation is set across the first floor, with a double bedroom with feature fireplace. The bunk room is suitable for children or adults alike, making Rose Cottage the perfect destination for couples or small families.

This cottage is in a great location for a holiday or short break, whatever time of year.

Rose Cottage is situated amongst the picturesque narrow streets of central Kingsand, and only a short walk to the golden beaches, traditional pubs, and reputed restaurants that make this area Cornwall's best kept secret.

Parking
The historic village does not have private parking; however, the public pay and display carpark is less than a two minute walk away from the property.

Refundable Security Deposits

Please note that a deposit of £150.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will be not be captured and funds will become available in your account.
