Das Personal ist freundlich und hiflsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Fußläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles in Allem würde ich das Soho nochmal buchen.

Tolles Komforthotel mit grossartigem Service
Das Zimmer war sehr gross und komfortabel. Das an die Hotellobby grenzende Café Moretti bietet hervorragende Frühstücksoptionen. Das Personal ist äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Restaurant im Hotel haben wir nicht besucht, aber es war Abends immer sehr gut besetzt. In unmittelbarer Nähe an der King Street hat es sehr viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir waren für ein Abendessen im Restaurant Fenice. Sowohl die Fleischspeisen wie die Desserts können wir sehr empfehlen.Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, der Besuch der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut zu Fuss möglich. Am Schluss unseres Aufenthalts haben wir bei Alamo im Metrozenter einen Mietwagen gebucht. Das Metrozenter ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, auch mit einem grossen Koffer und einem Tagesrucksack war das gut machbar. Wir können das Hotel SoHo sehr empfehlen.

Loved our stay here at the Soho Hotel. A lot of things are walking distance from the Soho and the property was very clean. Upon arrival our check in was also very smooth. The room did have a certain smell coming from the couch area but other than that everything else including the amenities were very nice.

This should be a three star hotel at best. I came here and stayed for a conference as it was one of the recommended hotels. It was incredibly noisy, someone’s base was so loud and played up until 2AM. Their wifi was so spotty I could barely work. On top of all of that, if you turn the corner you’ll see homeless camps at the park. Just a few steps away. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk; all they said was oh sorry about that. I will be letting the program know that they should remove this hotel as a recommended hotel.

As for the encampment in the nearby park, I have gathered neighbourhood businesses together and we are lobbying the city to have this removed. It’s our first time at the Soho, the service has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a getaway for my husbands birthday and the concierge was very helpful in planning a surprise for him when he arrived, they even added some nice extras to make it more special… we’ll be back!
