Sehr gutes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Blick zum CN Tower und dem Lake vom Zimmer aus war wunderbar. Das Hotel liegt super zentral so dass vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit sehr, sehr hilfsbereitem Personal. Wir hatten eine Suite auf der Executive Etage, sehr gut eingerichtet und einer hervorragenden Lounge. Gerne wieder!

Their computers were down at check-in so I had to walk around for a couple hours. No acknowledgment of my Marriott rewards status and no offer or mention of upgrades. My room was adjoining which I hate. My room also looked beaten up and weathered. Otherwise, the staff were all great, the food was excellent, and use of the spa . locker room cam free with my stay. Good place but I'll try another hotel next time

An absolute delight
From the moment I checked in until the bellman stowed my luggage into the trunk of my airport transfer, I was treated with incredible kindness and consideration. Every aspect of my stay was truly comfortable and an absolute delight. Excellent view of the city, great walking distance to attractions and public transportation, and superb in-room dining options. If pressed, I'd beg for a different hair dryer--it was the typical in-room blower, replete with sticky handle and minimal settings. (My gym has higher quality dryers!) I'd absolutely recommend this property over the Four Seasons when staying in Toronto.

The Toilet Was My Favorite Part
Our reason for visiting Toronto was to see a show that was being held by popular relationship coaches and other guest speakers. (Nothing to do with the Ritz) The show was rescheduled without our knowledge. Considering we live in California, booked flights, a hotel and excursions, we decided to go all out & make the best of the trip regardless. I was torn between The Ritz Carlton & The Four Seasons. Having never stayed at either one, after looking at numerous reviews with different companies, we decided The Ritz Carlton was the best choice & I couldn’t have been happier. The entire staff was very friendly from arrival to departure for the most part. We were given tips & suggestions the entire trip from the hotel staff. The cleanliness in the lobby, suites & restaurants are unmatched. Now, there’s restaurant’s inside the hotel, one being immediately to your left from the entrance & the other a few feet & up the stairs. That particular person was not as warm & friendly as everyone else so we decided not to eat there. In addition, we did not have reservations although there were plenty tables available & her bubbly conversation with the guest that were in front of us compared to us was distasteful, so unfortunately, one band one sound. We had a corner suite which is equivalent to a single apartment minus a kitchen. The 24hr room service made up for that. Overall I will choose five star hotels each time I travel as I was very impressed. Highly recommend this hotel, area & staff.
The seat warms and cleanses your front & back private areas. I can never use a regular toilet again!
