We are very disappointed with the service provided by Skye Hotel & Residences and by Expedia.
Upon check-in, the room wasn't set up for the number of guest requested. We had to request additional towels, toiletries, cups etc. Also, the room had a kitchen and a washer/dryer but it wasn't equipped with absolutely anything to be able to make use of them. Finally and more important, the AC wasn't working, the room was extremely hot, and the hotel didn't provide any fans.
The situation only got worse on the second day, they took away our towels, didn't do any clean up or re-stocking, and upon our arrival, there were no more clean towels in the hotel. Not to mention, that the AC was still broken.
After complaining to the front desk, they said all they could do was to provide whatever missing toiletries and utensils they could find around in other rooms. They couldn't find any clean towels and mentioned that other guests had already complained as well. As for refunds or complaints, they guided us to reach out to Expedia. Expedia customer service said to contact the front desk for refunds and complaints. So no solutions from neither side. A horrible experience and for sure we will never book with Expedia or Skye Hotel & Residences ever again.
