The staff's attitude:
through out our stay, we get the feeling that every time when we ask the staff to remedy something, they always find a way to let us know that we are bothering them. Theses include the front desk staff, cleaning staff. For example, when we asked for a room change on the first day, the front desk told us they can't do it, because the room on the same floor were all sold, when in fact, half of the floor were not occupied. Twice in a week, the cleaning staff did not vacuum our room and did not clean the bathtub. You can still see all the hairs and debris after cleaning. The vending room/ microwave room was a total mess, it looks like it was not cleaned for a long time. food, food wrapping, garbage were every where in the room.
Balcony was extremely dirt, debris every where. The balcony door barely open. Broken concrete, moss, leaves etc.
Broken tiles & window glasses at the outside entrance of the lobby., lobby textured ceiling was not repaired, landscaping around the property were not kept. Too much to listed. Out of our stay, the bright side were the lobby bar, front lobby and hallway areas were renovated.
In all, too much to list. It will need a lot of improvement to make the hotel a five start hotel.
