First they canceled by mistake my reservation and I had to pay again at the desk. Then I didnt get the reward points from hotels.com because of it. We changed the room after 2 nights and due to this we had due to technical/administration pay 2. time the deposit/caution. After almost 4 weeks still didnt receive it back.

Perfekt gelegen, gute Bar
Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Toronto und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Personal im Hotel ist ausserordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam, von Empfang bis zu den Barkeepers. Gesamthaft hat das Hotel für die zentrale Lage ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt
Hotel in einem hIstorischen Gebäude harmonisch kombiniert mit einem Neubau (Tower). Unsere Suite befand sich im Tower und war sehr gut ausgestattet mit separatem Schlafzimmer und Kitchenette. Einziges Manko für uns war, das es kein separates Restaurant gibt, sondern nur einen offenen Bereich mit Tischen in der Lobby. Roomservice war sehr gut, was für eine gute Küche spricht.

Zentrales Hotel nähe Union Station
Das One King West Hotel liegt zentral an der King West - Ecke Young Street. Es ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Union Station oder vom Eaton Center entfernt. Mein Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Es war mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Das Bad hatte Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Zimmer und meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Zentrales und modernes Hotel
Das One King West liegt sehr zentral an der King Street/Ecke Young Street. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom Eaton Center oder Union Station. Der Check und Check out in waren schnell und freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und war mit einer kleinen Küche (2 Herdplatten, kleiner Kühlschrank & Geschirrspüler und Spüle, sowie Geschirr & Besteck ausgestattet. Weiters gab es einen großen Fernseher und einen Safe. Kleidung konnte man in einem Schrank mit ausreichend Kleiderhaken und einer großen Komode verstauen. Das Bett war ein King Size Bett und bequem. Das Badezimmer war modern und mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Fensterfront war komplett verglast und ich hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt.

Some rooms at this property are outdated (specifically our bathroom was terrible). We stayed here for a wedding and thankfully I received a good price due to Expedia, otherwise the rooms are about $500 per night. We got two double beds which were more like stretched out singles (very small). Drinks at the bar were overly priced. Staff were friendly enough.

Not a bad little spot to stay. Convenitlty located on public transit, One King West is a premium spot in the city. The suite was pleasant, but we didn’t have air conditioning on the first night of our stay. Toilet paper quality was one ply rough and the water temperature in the shower is very temperamental. Still, the location is the main reason to stay here.

Hotel was a great location. Some annoying street level construction but that is Downtown Toronto for you. All hotel employees were lovely and helpful. I’d recommend a higher floor to ensure street noise and traffic are not an issue.

I arrived before 8am and agreed to pay extra fee for early check in. Agent said there’s a room available but needed to be cleaned. I checked with the agent many times to see if my room was ready and she always replied with “not yet”. I saw they checked in other guests and asked why I couldn’t? No one was willing to help me. 4.5hr later I was still sitting at the lobby waiting… Finally I asked to speak with their manager, he “miraculously” handed me the room key right away. I am most unhappy with their indifference.
