Property was nice. Office staff very friendly and very helpful. Restaurant staff (at breakfast) were rude and didn't care for the "free breakfast" customers. It was clear in the way they made deafening noise with cutlery and plates and lack of acknowledgement of guests. Totally unprofessional.

Great parking. Well lit. Beautiful flowers. Welcoming entrance Room was a bit untidy. Found used towels handing on shower curtain. Bed headboard had greasy finger prints all over. Tap in bathroom was leaking. Breakfast was changed. No longer boiled eggs. Disappointing and basic breakfast.

Monte Carlo was an amazing stay overall but there were small issues like a very small toilet bowl or a lack of slippers which made post-op recovery a bit inconvenient. The cleaniness and house keeping was very much on point though. Continental breakfast is alright, there was a lack of fresh small fruit.

Stayed 2 night at this property woke up with bites on my arms and back as well as my significant other we later discovered bed bugs in the hotel room :( very disappointed and unhappy had to throw away all my bags due to this issue

The only good thing that I enjoyed was the cleaning staff those ladies was so warm hearted and friendly . However ,I tried to warm my left overs but the microwave plate keep jamming upon investigating the plate was not the correct size. I tried to use the iron but it instead keep leaking the water out and wet up the clothing. Every time I ring room service it always go to voicemail. The breakfast buffet seems a bit unhygienic. Fly was flying around and people keep picking up pastries and putting them back. I stayed for 3 nights and I went once to the breakfast buffet. One night I was a bit under the weather because I walked in a few drizzle of rain. So on my way back to my room I stop by to grab some tea where I was approached by a young lady where the breakfast buffet is. She goes that’s only for breakfast use. I was super confused because the gate was wide open and the tea was just there. After she saw I was super confused she then said you can take them. I mean if no one is allowed in there maybe please keep the gate closed. After I walk away I heard they was saying something under their breath and looking at me. Made me a bit uncomfortable.

Staffs at reception are ok except the staffs at the restaurant treat customers not nice. This hotel is very cheap, even breakfast in the morning , you can eat bread , or muffins, there is no eggs , sausages or bacons. If you want that you have to pay $8 compare to other hotel like Days INN or Best Western. I would give this hotel 2 1/2 star.

If you book through expedia, they still make you put down a $150 security deposit just in case you damage anything. My boyfriend and I took pictures of the room as soon as we got up there of any previous damage and told the service desk just to make sure we didn’t get charged. I haven’t gotten my deposit back yet but they said I should get it back soon. We had the Napoleon suit with the jacuzzi tub and it was super nice.
