It’s a fully-furnished townhouse with King bed, 1 full bath, gas fireplace, gas barbecue, deck and garden.

Bedroom: King bed with Douglas gel foam mattress, ample closet space and blackout curtains.

Bath: Full 4-pc bath with big tub and rain shower.

Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully-equipped to make any meal you want, including a full range of cooking and baking tools, a gas stove, electric convection oven, large fridge and dishwasher.

Dining: Dining for two to three in the eat-in kitchen or space for six at the dining room table. Dining on walk-out deck in summer months.

Living Room: 2-sofa living room with cozy gas fireplace, 32" smart TV, smart stereo. with wifi, Bluetooth connections, and mounted speakers.

Laundry: On-site washer and dryer.

Office: Workspace for 2 people with fast internet and printer-scanner.

Deck: 20 x 12 foot, furnished, shaded, cedar deck with BBQ off the kitchen. Not furnished in winter months.

Our place is walking distance to all neighbourhood services: 3 supermarkets, butchers, bakers, pubs, restaurants and takeout featuring a stunning array of cuisines. Bike share, buses and streetcars are a two-minute walk from our house and the subway is 4 bus stops away.

It's an easy walk to Ossington Village, Kensington Village, Chinatown, Koreatown, Little Italy, Little Portugal, Trinity-Bellwoods Park, Dufferin Mall, University of Toronto, Downtown Hospitals. Quick transit connections to the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Royal Ontario Museum, Eaton’s Centre, West Queen West and much more.

Note that there is no on-site parking. Ample street parking is available with a city permit that costs about $42 per week.

Front sidewalk and entry will be cleared of snow in the winter.

The house comes with some houseplants. If you don't want to water them, we’ll remove them before you come.

Our house is perfect for medium to long-term stays, whether you’re a digital nomad, or visiting for a work stint, a university semester, hospital residency or a long holiday. You'll feel right at home, as the space is our home.
