Whether you're visiting for business, sightseeing, or spending time with family and friends, our location offers easy access to many of Ontario's most popular destinations.

Our suite is located in a soundproof basement of our family home. While we've taken steps to reduce noise between levels, this is not a completely soundproof space.

Our family, including young children, lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear normal daytime household sounds such as footsteps, voices, or children playing. We do our best to be respectful of our guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

Free street parking with permit. Register online through the town of Milton website. We are not responsible for any parking tickets.

Please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. No parties or events at any time. Parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
2. Registered guests only. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. This includes both overnight guests and visitors. No third party bookings at this time.
3. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana anywhere inside the unit or on the property. If you do smoke, please do so at least 9 metres away from the home.
4. Please remove outdoor shoes before entering the house.
5. Please leave the unit in a reasonably clean and tidy condition at checkout.
6. Please respect our quiet hours between 10pm to 7am.
7. When cooking, please turn on the range hood fan and open a window if there are strong cooking fumes. Before leaving the kitchen, please double-check that the stove is turned off. These precautions are important for everyone’s safety. Please note that if cooking triggers a false fire alarm requiring a fire department response, guests may be responsible for any associated fees.
8. No pets.
