Renovation needed
The rooms are in need of renovation and a deep cleaning — walls, lampshades, windows covered in dust, and bits of crushed drywall, with chipped, musty furniture. I had to turn off the wall heating unit as it was filled with dirt and was just blowing out dust and a moldy smell. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked. The walls are very thin - so not recommended for light sleepers.

This is a fantastic place for a quick nap between flights or while waiting for a flight. The airport is only a 10 minute walk but they do provide a shuttle if you have a lot of luggage. This is a weird very specific thing.... But their security staff drive around the property with three stickers that alone would be .... Fine, but together create a picture that didn't make me feel very safe. The stickers in question are Ak47s on both sides of the vehicle with a "Punisher" logo on the back.... If there was one other non violence based sticker the image would be softened but you really get "danger" vibes as you see them move around..... Stayed at.the beginning at the end of a trip and only saw the security on the second visit.... But days later it continues to haunt me and I do not expect to return. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was clean, staff was fantastic and very nice at check inn. The hotel is a little dated but was a nice and quiet hotel. To go anywhere like a restaurant or shopping you have to drive or take a taxi. Nothing is close to the hotel.

I was surprised that a Sheraton brand is not as clean as a Sheraton brand should be. Beds clean, comfortable though Pool, i could feel the « grime » in the hot tub, went at 11 am

Beds were fabulously comfortable. Check in was easy. Room was dated and the heating/cooling unit was loud and not functioning well. Noisy as the walls were thin. Shuttle to airport was poorly organized.

There was no view from our room. We wouldn’t see much anyway because right beside us was another hotel and on the top of it the window was fogged up. The shower was not working well, water was coming from both the top and bottom and the water didn’t drain well. Definitely not a romantic gateway! We picked it because of the proximity to the airport. i must say though, the driver of the shuttle who picked us up at the airport was very kind. And we only stayed there for one night so It didn’t affect us much

Staff hovered over me with bill and machine at restaurant. I had to ask server to please step away and give me a moment. There were young children in pool area with no parental supervision. They were jumping in the hot tub and had no swimsuits on and only their underwear. I was staying on the 5th floor and wished to go to the pool. I was told by front desk staff that robes provided for 7th floor only.

Very close to the airport and free airport shuttle make this property attractive. Buffet breakfast was decent as well.

You,ng kids were jumping in the hot tub with no parental supervision. Sign says children under 12 to have parental supervision but no parent around. Kids did not even have swim suits on but rather only their underwear. I left items behind. I phone long distance 4 times only to get transferred to housekeeping to leave a message but no one returns a call. Seems no one gives a dam
