Note- Before booking, please note that the keys are located in a lockbox inside of a convenience store beside the building Please make sure that you are aware that you will need to pick up the key before heading to my place.



Perfectly located 1-bedroom + Den condo in downtown Toronto offers a full kitchen, bathroom, in-suite laundry, and a private balcony. Enjoy easy access to everything.



The Space:

→ Approx. 550ft² / 45m² of space.

→ High-speed Wi-Fi for your mobile devices.

→ SmartTV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube.

→ 1 bedroom and a Den each with a queen-sized beds. Glass Door partition in the bedrooms.

→ Floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the city from the primary bedroom.

→ Comfortable stay for up to a maximum of 4 guests.

→ High-quality towels, bedsheets, and duvets provided.

→ The condo includes a kitchen area with a full fridge, stove, and built-in dishwasher & microwave.

→ Kettle and Coffee maker is included for your convenience.

→ A washer and dryer are also en suite for guests to use.

→ Additional Electric heaters provided for guest comfort.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ My Unit does not include parking.



➤ Please note that no packages are to be delivered to the building.



➤ Please note that access to the mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



The Neighborhood:

The Garden District is a busy downtown area named for Allan Gardens, a park with a glass-domed plant conservatory. The district is home to Yonge-Dundas Square, surrounded by shopping complexes, restaurants, and flashy billboards, and a magnet for street performers and tourists. Performing arts venues include the restored 1920 Ed Mirvish Theatre, and the Ryerson University campus features a large photography gallery.

Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
