Welcome to our custom built (2006), classic two bedrooms apartment, located in a quiet, family-friendly, and luxury South Richvale neighborhood in Richmond Hill. Only minutes from HWY 404 & 407 & 400, & countless shops and restaurants.

The lovingly curated space is a walk-out basement apartment at lower level of our custom built home, Master Bedroom and Living room are 100% above the ground, extremely spacious and has tons of natural light, both have a stunning view of our backyard filled with beautiful greenery and swimming pool. This suite has an unprecedented ceiling height of 10 feet. We've taken care of every detail to offer familiar comforts and a peaceful atmosphere. The space:
This beautiful fully equipped 800 square feet 2 bedrooms ensuite features high ceilings, pot lights throughout and tons of natural light from its large windows. You can enjoy an open concept living and dining space. We have security cameras to protect your safety stay, those cameras would cover front door area, driveway, backyard, swimming pool and patio

Each bedroom features a Queen size bed with bedding, a double-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private use of our 2 bedrooms suite, providing ample space and complete privacy for your stay. There is a private entrance at the right side of the home. Key is kept in the lockbox, which offer 24/7 self check in. You will have 1-2 parking spots on drive way. Guests also have private access to the backyard space and outdoor pool.

In July & August 2026, only 1 quiet landlord would be living upstairs of the house with a separate entrance.

Backyard & Swimming Pool Rules：
​Please note that swimming pool and hot tub usage is not included in your booking. They are for the host’s private use. If you wish to access the backyard or may use the pool, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:

​Liability & Safety: Any use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. The pool is exceptionally deep: the deep end reaches 3 to 3.5 meters, while the shallow end is about 1.3 to 1.5 meters. We strongly discourage using the pool without hiring a certified lifeguard.

​Waiver Required: All guests must sign a liability waiver and release agreement before accessing any part of the backyard area, regardless of whether you plan to swim.

​Natural Elements: The pool is surrounded by mature trees. Please expect leaves, seeds, and insects to naturally drop into the water throughout the day.

​Water Condition: While we maintain the pool weekly (and often daily), temporary algae growth may occur before our scheduled chlorine treatments or after raining which can cause the water to look green.

​Hours of Operation: The backyard and pool area are strictly open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For safety reasons, nighttime access is strictly prohibited.

​Temperature: Please note that neither the swimming pool nor the hot tub is heated.

​Group Size & Gatherings: Any group of more than 6 people (including registered guests and visitors) is considered a party/event. You must obtain prior written approval from the host before accessing the backyard.

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.
• Absolutely no parties or events.
• Max capacity is 8 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 8 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.
• Absolutely no smoking, vaping, drug of any kind.
• Must be 25+ years of age to book.
• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
• No pets/animals.
