★ PROPERTY PROTECTION ★



We understand accidents can happen. Guests may choose between two property protection options for their stay:



Option 1 — Refundable Security Deposit



A $1,000 refundable security deposit, returned following checkout provided there is no damage and house rules have been followed.



Option 2 — Damage Waiver



A one-time, non-refundable $379 damage waiver covering eligible accidental damage and normal wear and tear up to $1,500.

To help us respect our neighbours and comply with local noise and occupancy requirements, the home uses a noise-level monitoring device.



The device does not record or store conversations or audio. It measures decibel levels only and alerts us if excessive noise levels are detected.
