➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ This is a two-unit home, and you will be renting the upper unit only. Tenants live in the basement unit (#1).



➤ The front entrance hallway is shared with the other tenants.



➤ The washer and dryer are currently out of service and will not be available during your stay. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.



➤ Guests have access to the 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. However, the backyard and basement are off-limits. Please make yourself at home!



➤ There is no living room in this unit.



➤ No parking is included. Guests may apply for and purchase a temporary street parking permit at their own expense.



➤ Mailbox access and keys will not be available for stays shorter than 3 months.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in central Toronto, Cabbagetown is renowned for its picturesque streets lined with the largest continuous area of preserved Victorian homes in North America. This charming neighborhood offers a village-like atmosphere, blending historic architecture with modern vibrancy.



Residents and visitors alike enjoy local landmarks such as Riverdale Farm, a working city farm showcasing various livestock, and the Allan Gardens Conservatory, featuring glass-domed Edwardian greenhouses filled with plants from around the world. The area also boasts a variety of cafes, shops, and antique stores, contributing to its inviting ambiance.



Bounded by Sherbourne Street to the west, the Don River Valley to the east, and stretching between Gerrard and Wellesley streets, Cabbagetown's main intersection is Parliament and Carlton. This central location provides residents with a unique blend of historic charm and urban convenience.​

Other Things to Note:

➤ Friendly reminder: There are a few homeless shelters in the vicinity, and as a result, many homeless persons can be seen wandering the streets close by.



➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.



➤ Please note: This home is not suitable for infants due to the presence of stairs throughout the property.
