★ OTHER RULES & INFO
- No smoking inside or around the exterior of the house ($1,000 smoking fee)
- No pets allowed inside the home ($500 pet fee)
- Cameras are located at entrances around exterior of the house for guest safety.
- Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom washroom is not in service and not usable by guests.
- Late check-out is not allowed. Check-outs that exceed 2 hours past the designated time will result in a full day calendar fee + without the right to stay on the property.
- NO PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS ALLOWED. DO NOT ASK. Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings are subject to additional fees starting from $2,000.

While the estate offers a secluded feel, it is exceptionally well-connected:

Airport: Just a 22-minute drive to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

Highways: Quick access to Highway 427, 407, and 401, making commutes to Downtown Toronto (35-40 mins) or Mississauga (20 mins) straightforward.

Public Transit: The Bramalea GO Station is approximately 15 minutes away, providing a direct rail link to Union Station in Toronto.

Parking: Ample free parking is available on the large private driveway (accommodates 5+ vehicles). A rental car is highly recommended for this location if you are travelling from out of town.
