„When we arrived at the condo, the floors were well cleaned and all the counters and surfaces seemed wiped down. the sheets and towels were all fresh and clean which was very nice. some of the dishes had food still on them but I can't really hold that against the rental agency. All-in-all the condo was in decent condition. You can tell it's an older building so it has a charm to it that new ones don't. Lots of water time via kayaks and wading in the ocean not to mention all the fishing as there are great charters to consider as well as water tours. Great restaurants including the new one we found Splash by the Sea. Being directly water (Sound) front makes even lazy time magnificent. “
