Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. „We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft.“

„It was close to our destination, that was great. The road noise was a little much from 1-70. But got use to it along with the rail traffic. If you want absolute quiet, don't stay here. “

Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night.“
