thanks for the review.that's not what happened at all, you came in and asked if the room was ready and given it was a Saturday morning, the housekeepers were still cleaning your room that you booked, which was a family room. I checked if your room was ready and it wasn't, and check in time is at 2pm, regardless of if you have a wedding or not. you can't just walk in and demand your room, then your husband came in and asked again and I said 2pm. you can't cancel a booking on the day, or you will be charged its hotel policy. so, I suggest next time ring and ask if its ready before storming in demanding it before check in time.
