„The heritage harbor is a really nice community to stay at and a good location. We visited downtown ottawa, utica and starved rock. The grill is conveniently right out the door near the pool which is also very close. I loved the cute little screen in areas where you can eat your food or play games. They also have a restaurant onsite which was really good. They had live music when we arrived on Sunday outside near the tiki bar. The set up of the house was perfect for my family and we had ...

„The property was super clean and comfortable. One of the hiccups was being able to locate pots and pans. We had to have someone come and bring us the missing items. „I booked the house for a work trip for three weeks. The grill was filthy, rusted, and the electronic ignite didn't work. It took two weeks to get a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the old one was left there as well. No grill brush provided to clean it and no cover to protect it from the rain. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs in the bunkbed room was dirty with dark spots. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty and torn. Housekeeping attempted to launder it but ended up throwing the ...
