The Space:
Sunpatch is a traditional South Coast beach house in an exceptional position, set directly behind the dunes at Tomakin Cove.
Designed for easygoing family and group stays, the home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and offers two bathrooms and two separate living areas – giving everyone space to spread out.
Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining area takes advantage of the beautiful beach and ocean outlook. Step onto the front balcony with your morning coffee, enjoy the sea breeze and decide whether the day calls for swimming, surfing or simply relaxing.
For cooler South Coast evenings, both the upstairs and downstairs living areas feature wood-burning fireplaces, making Sunpatch just as inviting for a winter escape.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, while the separate laundry provides a washing machine and dryer.
Outside, the fenced yard makes the property particularly convenient for guests travelling with pets, with outdoor space to relax after a day at the beach.

Off-street parking is available in the driveway for up to two vehicles.
Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
Tomakin is a relaxed seaside village surrounded by some of the Eurobodalla Coast's most beautiful beaches and waterways.
From Sunpatch, the sand of Tomakin Cove is just seconds away, making it incredibly easy to head down for an early swim, paddle or an afternoon by the water.
Take a short stroll for coffee or a meal, head around to Tomakin Beach and Barlings Beach, or explore the nearby Tomaga River.
The property is also conveniently positioned for exploring the wider South Coast, with Mogo Wildlife Park, Broulee, Mossy Point, Batemans Bay and Moruya all within easy driving distance.
Whether you're planning beach days, surfing, fishing, kayaking, coastal walks or simply slowing down for a few days, Tomakin makes a wonderful base.
Getting Around:
One of the best things about staying at Sunpatch is how much you can enjoy without getting in the car.
Tomakin Cove is directly in front of the property, while local cafés, the Tomakin Club and surrounding beaches can all be reached easily from the house.
A car is recommended if you'd like to explore Mogo Wildlife Park, Broulee, Mossy Point, Batemans Bay, Moruya and the many beaches and attractions along the Eurobodalla Coast.
