The Space:
This house features five fully equipped bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated and well-lit, adding personality and style. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations, and the living room with a fireplace offers a cozy space for gathering. The most impressive feature is the terrace and beautiful garden, providing a sense of connection with nature. Enjoy the fresh breeze and birdsong while relaxing in the large private pool. Additional amenities include a new tennis court and a small gym. The garden area is perfect for a barbecue or outdoor dining.

Guest Access:
All areas of the house are private. You will have access to the TV room with a fireplace, kitchen, dining area, terrace, and pool. A few days before your arrival, we will send you the location and instructions on how to access the house.

The Neighborhood:
We have a privileged location right next to Club de Golf Avándaro. The center of Avándaro is only a 10-minute drive away, where you will find shops, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, the impressive Velo de Novia waterfall is a 5-minute walk away.

Getting Around:
We recommend using a car or walking to get around the area easily.
