Sehr sauber, check in ging schnell gute Verkehrsanbindung. Ein großes Manko gabs bei mir und zwar das ich am nächsten Tag Frühstücken wollte (was ich nicht zugebucht hatte aber man für 12€ dazukaufen könnte) jedoch hat mir das der Mitarbeiter nicht erlaubt weil wohl alles ausgebucht war. Für die nächsten 1,5h waren mindestens 10 tische unbesetzt das fand ich sehr schwach ansonsten gibt es nichts zu mängeln.

Die Bahnstation ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Allerdings in Tokio alles sehr verwirrend da unterschiedliche Kompanien für Zug, Bus, Subway. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit im Hotel. Extrem sauber. Super Frühstück.Hervorragend! Bestes Hotel in meinem Leben

This is a very comfortable hotel and the room size is big for Japan. The room was very quiet and we didn't hear the busy streets around the hotel. The area is very central and there is a parking right next to the hotel at reduced prices. We loved our stay there and would stay there again.

Ganz nah am Haneda Flughafen mit einer tollen Dachterasse - sehr guten Frühstück und supernettem Personal! Ansonsten ist dort nicht viel los - aber eben sehr praktisch.

Only a 10-15$ taxi ride from haneda airport, perfect for late night flights. Entrance was slightly confusing as I arrived 12am but entered through the side door and got in just fine after.

Hotel is right there next to monorail station. The room is nice and clean. It is near Haneda airport and the shuttle is provided but the bus is only 12 seats, first comes first serves if you missed it, the next round would 45 mins.

There are so many things to talk about. First, location: This property is 5 minutes by train from the airport. So convenient.There is a train station AND a monorail station within 50 yards of the front entrance. I was there to attend a concert venue in the same complex, an easy 5 minute walk away. With the train station right there it was so easy to get downtown and connect with any other train that you needed. Next the view: There is a rooftop lounge area with 360 degree views. This alone was worth the price to me.The airport is right next door with views of the runway. Mt. Fuji was easily viewable. The rooms are soundproofed so getting a good night's sleep was easy. The restaurant breakfast buffet has a wide variety and is delicious. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. If I am ever lucky enough to return to Tokyo I would stay here just for the sheer convenience. 5 stars .

We stayed 1 night at this hotel since we catch a flight to Osaka the next day. Near airport. We had the breakfast buffet, food was good my husband and i liked it. Clean, staff are nice and very helpful. Shuttle to the airport during mornings only, last drop off is around 11:00 am. There's a food hall nearby 3 mins walk. Quiet, business district.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE (except from the hotel in the morning). And then they fail to give details as to how you should get from the airport to the hotel. They just say, "take a taxi or public transportation." I guess they don't understand that airport hotels are supposed to be convenient for air travelers. Once you finally find it (hidden in an office complex) the hotel is fine and the staff tries to be helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried hard to deal with my english which was very appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hotel was spotless. The only thing I personally think that could use an upgrade is the mattresses. They were fairly new but too firm for me. Aside from that everything was perfect and I look forward to coming back when I take my next vacation.

The staff at this hotel were truly outstanding. Every one I encountered went out of there way to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel is very new so of course still pristine. The room was small but comfortable and very well appointed with everything you could need. Even if an airline lost your luggage you would be fine here. It was exceptionally clean. I really liked the high end bathroom fixtures. The toilet was amazing ( North American hotels need to get on board with this tech). This is the perfect hotel for an airport layover. Right next to the exit from the first monorail or train stop from airport (I was confused on which to take but it turns out both stop at this location). I would like the hotel to put up a sign that is visible from the station exit though. It was raining when I arrived and I had to step out from the covered area of the station to see it causing a very brief moment of confusion. I’m glad I opted for the breakfast. It was delicious and had a nice wide variety of western and Asian dishes. And of course the restaurant staff was very helpful and attentive. I also appreciated the tech used for the check in/ checkout process as it was simple and streamlined the process. It’s rare I give a perfect score but they have truly earned it.
