„Super“

„Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market.“

„Beautiful stay. Very warm and individual caring. Absolutely nothing to complain“

„Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal“

„Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer!“

„The hotel feels very new and somewhat self-serve. There are people in the front lobby, but they are there mostly to help you navigate the self check-in kiosks. There was a large queue of older European travelers checking in before me and they seemed to struggle with the self check-in process, and so it made for not the best first impression of the place. Once checked in, I found my room to be really small, but not atypical for Japan. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and well ...

„Ein praktisches Hotel, Lage OK.“

„perfect location for all destinations in Tokyo, the Personal is really polite and helpful. Also the first time in the Onsen was e great experience. “

„Friendly and helpful staff“

„Good location close to transfer and groseries. Tiny but clean and silent room.“
