"Sehr gut war der Zustand des Zimmers, insbesondere das recht neue und für japanische Städte großzügige Bad. Abzüge gibt es für die Qualität des Frühstücks. In diesem Preissegment gibt es sonst noch Dormy Inn, wo wir das Frühstück im Allgemeinen besser fanden und es in der Regel ganz gute Onsen-Bereiche gibt, die Zimmer aber niedrigeren Standard bzw. höheren Renovierungsbedarf haben."

"Our stay in Aomori was made truly special by the exceptional kindness and support of the entire hotel team. On our way from Shin-Hakodate to Shin-Aomori on the Shinkansen, we unfortunately left a backpack on the train. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff immediately offered to help and contacted the JR service hotline on our behalf. Later that afternoon, they even accompanied us to the JR information counter in Aomori to help us communicate and follow up on the situation. Once we confirmed that our backpack had been found, the staff went above and beyond again. They helped arrange for the backpack to be sent from Tokyo back to our hotel in Aomori. We were especially touched by the kindness of two staff members from Taichung and Hong Kong, who patiently helped us with translation, as well as the Japanese staff member who carefully recorded our subsequent travel itinerary. They even proactively offered to contact our next hotel and arrange another delivery if the package arrived after we had already checked out. This level of care and hospitality was truly beyond what we expected. Every member of the hotel team was warm, patient, and genuinely willing to help. The hotel itself is also excellent. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the onsen and sauna were wonderful places to relax after a day of traveling. We particularly enjoyed the variety of wellness programs, including yoga and meditation classes. The breakfast was also delicious, fresh, and healthy."

"Nice Hotel 5 min walk away from Aomori Station. The interior looks a little bit dated, but you can see that it was upper quality decades ago and is still very good. Nice location with shopping and good restaurants around and close to some sightseeing spots. Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful. If I would only compare it to hotels in that price range, I would have given 5 Stars, but since I also reviewed hotels way above this price range, it wouldn´t make sense. Never the less, I totally recommend this hotel."

"Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof Yamagata. Dennoch ruhig und angenehm in der Nacht. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war top und sehr sauber. Yamagata ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für div. Ausflüge (Yamadera, Ginzan Onsen, Zao Onsen)"
